We’re looking for a passionate, bilingual (English/Spanish) sales professional who thrives on meaningful connections and delivering results.

Patient Education & Sales

  • Conduct consultations and educate patients on personalized vision correction options.
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure a seamless and supportive patient experience.
  • Track sales metrics, manage your pipeline, and celebrate wins with our commission structure.

Lead Engagement

  • Manage high volumes of outbound calls with professionalism and empathy.
  • Follow communication scripts while personalizing each interaction.
  • Confirm appointments, follow up on leads, and perform virtual introductions and consultations.
  • Handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and turn every call into a positive experience.
  • Engage with leads across platforms like social media, Yelp, and Google to generate interest and build relationships.

Coordination & Collaboration

  • Schedule appointments, manage follow-ups, and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
  • Assist with diagnostic exams, pre/post-op instructions, and EMR documentation.
  • Work closely with marketing and clinical teams to align efforts and maximize impact.
  • Take initiative on special projects and contribute to team goals.

Requirements

  • English and Spanish (required).
  • 5+ years of experience in sales or customer support (medical or elective procedures a plus).
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and strong computer proficiency.
  • Self-starter mindset with multitasking and prioritization ability.
  • Warm, personable, and professional demeanor.
  • Availability to work Saturdays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
