About the Role
As a Vision Correction Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective patients exploring life-changing procedures like LASIK, Zeiss SMILE, EVO ICL, and refractive cataract surgery. You’ll guide patients through their journey—from initial consultation to post-op care—ensuring they feel informed, confident, and cared for every step of the way.

What You’ll Do
Patient Education & Sales
- Conduct consultations and educate patients on personalized vision correction options
- Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure a seamless and supportive patient experience
- Track sales metrics, manage your pipeline, and celebrate your wins with a rewarding commission structure
Lead Engagement
- Manage high volumes of outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
- Follow communication scripts while personalizing each interaction
- Confirm appointments, follow up on leads, and perform virtual introductions and consultations
- Handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and turn every call into a positive experience
- Engage with leads across platforms like social media, Yelp, and Google to generate interest and build relationships
Coordination & Collaboration
- Schedule appointments, manage follow-ups, and maintain accurate records in our CRM
- Assist with diagnostic exams, pre/post-op instructions, and EMR documentation
- Work closely with marketing and clinical teams to align efforts and maximize impact
- Take initiative on special projects and contribute to team goals
Requirements
- English and Spanish (required)
- 5+ years of experience in sales or customer support (experience in medical or elective procedures is a plus)
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas
- Excellent phone etiquette and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems and strong computer proficiency
- Have aptitude to learn CRM systems
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- A warm, personable, and professional demeanor
- Availability to work Saturdays
- High school diploma or equivalent required

Job Summary:
As a Patient Support Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless experience for our patients. What You’ll Do
Schedule:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Previous front office experience in the medical industry is advantageous but not necessary
- Availability to work weekends and occasional travel

- Minimum education requirement: High school diploma or GED equivalent

Surgical Technician I
The Surgical Technician I assists surgeons in all surgical procedures. This certified role involves direct participation in preparing surgical instruments and providing intraoperative support in the operating room.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES
Surgical & Clinical Support
- Prepare operating rooms and surgical instruments, ensuring all equipment is properly sterilized and ready for use.
- Assist surgeons during refractive eye procedures, including LASIK, SMILE, EVO ICL, RLE, and PRK
- Maintain sterile fields throughout surgical procedures.
- Handle, inspect, and care for surgical instruments to ensure proper function and safety.
- Circulate for intraocular surgeries.
- Understand and follow individual surgeon preferences.
- Adhere to proper instrument sterilization protocols.
- Decontaminate the OBS surgery room according to established guidelines.
- Gather and prepare supplies for RLE and ICL surgeries prior to scheduled surgery days.
- Perform non-surgical duties including preliminary tests such as VAs, Pentacam, OCT, Optos, IOL500/700
Patient Care
- Prepare patients for surgery by explaining procedures and addressing questions or concerns.
- Assist with pre-operative and post-operative patient care.
- Accurately maintain patient records, surgical logs, and documentation.
- Ensure all patients receive attentive, professional care throughout their surgical experience.
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure all surgical procedures comply with regulatory standards and office protocols.
- Monitor and enforce infection control and safety practices.
- Collaborate with surgeons and clinical staff to support continuous improvements in patient care and safety.
Qualifications
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or equivalent certification.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a surgical setting; ophthalmology experience is a plus.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Thorough knowledge of surgical instruments and aseptic techniques.
- Excellent communication, organization, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to remain focused and efficient in a fast-paced surgical environment.
